Underclassmen who wanted to enter the 2013 NFL Draft had to declare by Tuesday, Jan. 15. The final list probably won’t be verified by the NFL until Jan. 19. But, as of Jan. 15, here are the record 74 underclassmen that have declared so far, as reported by multiple sources.
