This is the second go ’round for the “Flash” on TV,as I remember a short-lived series that came out in 1990 starring actor John Wesley Shipp as the scarlet speedster.This time around the Flash/Barry Allen is being portrayed by actor Grant Gustin. With all the hype surrounding the new show I thought I would contact my friend, longtime DC artist Joe Giella, who had an integral role in those “Flash” comic books back in the Silver Age.
