Neither has practiced this week, but the Dallas Cowboys won’t rule either out yet.
Ware injured his quad and Murray injured his knee last week against Washington.
If Ware cannot play then Kyle Wilber is the likely starter at right defensive end. If Murray cannot play then Joseph Randle, the rookie, will likely start his first NFL game.
Ware has never missed an NFL game. He has missed one start, which came against New Orleans, but he played in the game. That came a week after Ware was wheeled off the field on a stretcher and his back was immobilized.
Further sapping the depth at defensive end is the fact that Edgar Jones has been ruled out with a groin injury.
Also ruled out for the Dallas Cowboys is running back Lance Dunbar (hamstring).
Rookie linebacker DeVonte Holloman missed Thursday’s and Friday’s practices with a neck injury, but his status is unclear.
Wide receiver Miles Austin (hamstring), wide receiver Dwayne Harris (hip), defensive tackle Jason Hatcher (neck) and defensive end George Selvie (shoulder) have all worked out this week and are listed as probable.
For the Eagles, Nick Foles will start at quarterback for Michael Vick, who will miss the game due to his hamstring injury. Vick is actually listed as questionable on the injury report and was a full participant in practice on Friday. But he ruled himself out for the game on Friday.
Safety Patrick Chung (shoulder) is doubtful, despite a full practice on Friday.
Running back Chris Polk (shoulder) is questionable. Tight end James Casey (groin), punter Donnie Jones (left foot) and tackle Jason Peters (shoulder/finger) are probable.
